Click on the “Reply” icon in the upper right-hand corner of the post you’d like to respond to. That should do it.

In one form or another, yes. When? Either I’ll have something hacked together by the end of the week, or it will come back when the forum software upgrade is released in Jan. Sorry I don’t have a definite answer.
