what were some popular tanks used by the polish
Well, in WWII they used the 7TP light tank, and currently they use the PT-91 Twardy MBT, according to Miller’s “Tanks of the World.”
I’m sure they’ve used other vehicles as well.
Have you tried Googling “Polish Tanks?”
Give it a shot!
Silly little things that were in fact not terribly popular, then various British tanks, then British-style Shermans. Polish forces fighting for the Rooskies had various kinds of Sovient armour, the normal crew of vehicles. Then, post WWII, the T-55, and finally the T-72.
After the fall of the Soviet Onion, they decided to go with used Leopard 2A4s, not as good as the hot new Leo but more than a match for the Rooskie tanks.
it depends on what your looking for. fall campaign 1939? durring the war with the exiled armies?post war soviet bloc country? or present day? its like asking what kind of german tanks are there.
most popular 1939 tank(ette) would be the 7TP. the polish army under british command used regular british equipment, as did polish army under soviet command. so basically if you wanted to build a british sherman, you would just need to find the correct tank numkbers and signals likewise for soviet.
shermans, basically any american tank, cuz polish soldiers landin during d-day, 7TPs, T34s (below from a polish tv show), any russian tank…cuz Polaks lived and ran away to russia, joined the army there… just type in Polish into the keyword area for squadron (be sure to put armor models or else youll be sifting through polishes) youll be satifsfied.
