My wife was looking through pictures on MSN today, and came across this. Don’t know if anyone else has seen it, but it is ugly and a little horrifying, knowing the end result.
This is just… wow. I really don’t know what to say. In this age of big explosions and movie special effects, I’m a bit sad to say that part of me is saying “wow, that’s cool!” But in reality, photos like this are incredibly powerful, and tragic. The (unfortunatly) high level of detail makes the accident all the more personal. Just… wow.
