Looks like a beautiful kit! It seems the Dragon is a better buy though, as the Flak 36 got more use and the Dragon kit comes with figures. This one might be for the guys who already have a Flak 36 because of the Tamiya kit, but still want to build one of the new ones.

I really like the rifled grooving within the barrel. It looks like another fine kit. I think Dragon would be the more economical buy however, plus you get the crew.

I’ll probably get this kit as well as the DML kit. A Flak 18 and a Flak 36 will look good on the shelf. Even though DML has barrels for both guns, you can only build one kit out of the box, so why buy both? [:D] Now, where is the Flak 37 or 41 in plastic? Can’t afford the resin version.
