How are plastic models made? Are there any good books or links out there? Looks like the detail has gotten better since I was a kid (But they still torture us with those darn molding seams). Also, any ideas for making realistic cloth for 1/32 kits, such as a canopy cover or jet nozzle tarps? Real cloth looks too dorky. BTW, the people on these boards are really nice and go out their way for eachother. It’s refreshing to see that on the Web. Group hug![:o)]

As for cloth… You know the labels in clothing? That makes pretty good cloth. Granted, its a bit stiff… In large scale kits they make nice belts.
