Pioneer Assault Bridges

Does anyone happen to know when Pioneer Assault Bridges were used by the Germans during World War 2

Bridging has been an issue with armies since existence, TL. In almost any decent sized battle, engineers would be called up to help men, horses, vehicles and equipment traverse bodies of water. you name it, and some unit probably had to cross some river/stream. Germany, anyone.
