Once again, good stuff.
By the way, about your site. Is this a site where just some modelers you know submit reviews and buildup pics, or do you actually send kits out to others to build them for the site?
But there’s something really funky about the running gear on that 1/16 Tiger II!
Nice build, great zimmerit, but I don’t think the roadwheels are on quite right. Or are the tracks misaligned? I can’t figure it out, but it’s nutty!
Fix that, and remove those pesky Philip’s head screws from the side skirts (why did Tamiya decide to do that???), and it’d be a masterpiece!
Thank you very much for all your kind compliments, I really appreciate them!.
Zokissima, all the models and dio’s on my site (except one - the Tiger 1:16)
are my own collection which I’ve outsourced modelling services for many years
now. Currently there are 3 modelers working for me, but the most prolific and
artistic one is ‘Art Instructor’. Perhaps you haven’t seen my Page 19 Part E, F
and G which are special pages showing my room and home. To get a better
picture of my collection, please try those pages!,
BTW, I actually send kits out to others to build them for my collection and
they’re good for my site’s update too. Had I done them myself, I could not
have updated 3 times this month, and the models would not have been of
any interest at all (I’m very poor in modelling)!
J-Hulk, you’re right!. The roadwheels should have sit on the tracks. It was my
fault, I didn’t look carefully before taking pictures (I was in a hurry to take
pictures before there was no more bright sunlight). As for the head screws,
I’ll look to see whether something can be done about them. Thanks!
Thanks so much for more compliments that I received since my previous reply!.
Chris, don’t worry about shelf space. Once it’s full, you can have a new shelf. [:)]
