I finially was allowed to order something today from the internet.So being me I went and checked out greatmodels,hobbysurplus,brookhurst and squadron shop.The squadron shop had some perty good deals going,so I bit like a fish on a hook.Besides the decals for some of the aircraft I bought a jasdf type 90 with loading crew for $19.90 tamaya and revell germany t-80 with retro armor for $19.80 both are good deals.Also picked up the photo-eich deals set for the type 90 for $3.99.The reason I have posted this is due to the last time I bought something like this a few of ya’ll wanted to know were.This is my Christmas for this year along with the t-34 I bought at the hobby shop down the road…Digger

Nice score. I’ve been doing a pretty decent job of refraining from going on a buying spree. I’m content with the stash for now. Of course that doesn’t keep me from looking at ebay.

Digger, I have to say I’m a bit envious…but only until I look at my ever growing stash and wonder when I’ll build them all!!

Bufflehead - I had to reorganize the stash closet a couple of days ago after stocking it from my B-day shopping spree…I feel EXACTLY the same as you. When am I going to build all of these??? Aaaaah! I think I need to stop all other non-modeling related activities for the whole winter and commence a “stash build-down”. [(-D]

Good buys make the world round…I’m picking up a Tamiya M4(105) for $23 at my LHS today, makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

I have not bought a model plane now for around 8 months. However, my 1:72/76 armour stash has gone from 5 to around 50 in that time.

Great to have a new interest that has revitalised my interest in the hobby again and yes, my wife positively encourages me [:)]
