I thought the black on the nose was a shadow until I took a close up to see how the eyes look. Must have touched it with the black from under the visor. Just a little touch up.

I would guess the figure is 1/16 scale & the Panzer 1/144? Reminds me of the footage of Hitler been shown models of the Panther before the prototype. Now that would be a expensive model for you collectors to acquire!
