I am finishing up a group of 1/35 Germans for my 250 and saw from Eduard, Techstar, and Lion Roar sets that have the hat and chest eagles, belt buckles, shoulder boards and cuff titles. I read a review on the Lion Roar set and one one the Panzer set. Just wondering if anyone has them or seen them in person.

I have sometimes used PE badges/insignia w/ good results…not this particular set however…
I’ve got a set but have yet to use them. I don’t think I like the shoulder marks, they just look too … well, flat…
Medals and badges are ok, I guess… I’d druther paint the shoulder marks m’self…
True enough—I only use them if I want to ADD badges or the kit’s detail is so soft that it needs to be replaced (like buckles or breast/arm eagles)…I have yet to replace shoulder boards, but I have resculpted them w/ putty…
