Is my password to access the magazine website and forums the same. I just spent thirty minutes trying to get in to the forums. It kept asking me to unlock my old screen name. Why was this? I am a subscriber to the magazine and been in the forums before. What is the problem with the passwords?
Yes, it should be the same. A new format here required most all of us to unlock our old name. You had to go to the section that said to enter you screen name and enter you old pass word under new accounts. It took me a bit to figure that out too.
