Password change successfull on laptop, won't work on phone

I had forgotten my password so I could read the forum on my phone, so I reset it via the ‘forgot password’ link. All worked on my laptop (tested it in a private window), but my phone will have none of it. :smiley:

Am I missing a step here? Any advice appreciated.

I did that just now after your advice. Still won’t let me. :confused:

Hmmm. Do you usually use a specific browser on your phone? I have an iPhone and typically use Chrome, but if something is weird, I’ll go to Safari where I don’t have anything saved and try from there. If you have a second browser, try it and see if you can get it to work. If yes, then I suspect there’s something tripping up your usual browser. I’ll also check with the team here. We may have hit this particular snag before, but I can’t recall at the moment.
