Yes on the early versions, sometimes on the later.
Do you mean a Jagdpanzer IV L/70? If so, some did, some didn’t.
The L/70 (V) early production did have zimmerit, some mid-production had zimmerit, but not all; the late production did not have zimmerit, the final production did not have zimmerit
The L/70 (A) had zimmerit until September '44. After that all L/70 (A)'s had Thoma Shurzen side screens.
