I am using a Paasche Talon with a .38 mm tip and keep getting over spray around where the camo goes. It seems higher pressure helps to eliminate it but that also pools the paint and it develops runs. Spraying at an angle helps as well but you can’t easily do that for the whole perimeter of the camo splotch. Do I need a new smaller tip or what?
Thinner paint and lower pressure. Build up the paint on several passes.
It sounds like your demand for paint is too high. What about masks to stop the overspray?
I use a 1:1 mixture at about 5 PSI.
Masks are the easy way out.
