Whats the closest match out there for 1970 MOPAR Vitamin C Orange?

Check with your local auto parts stores, there should be a very close color in the Duplicolor line.

Well there are really no auto paints stores close by to me. I have to use hobby paints. I prefer enamels and laquors.

My next suggestion would be Model Masters (Testors). I know they have several orange shades.
