G’day everyone,
Is there a Pacific Group build happening? I’ve heard some people talking about it, but I can’t find any info on it. US navy and marines aircraft from the pacific theatre are my favourite subject, so I’d like to be involved in a GB.
If there isn’t one happening, would there be any interest in getting one going? I’ve got a F4U-1 Corsair thats itchin to be built. It’d be a good time to do a GB too, being the anniversary of the end of the war in the pacific and all.

Sorry I haven’t heard of a Pacific GB, but maybe they were referring ot the US Naval Aviation GB, since the Pacific war was mainly the dominated by the airwar there.
No… someone was starting a Pacific Build…this was before the US Naval Aviation build…but not sure what happened to it… hope it is still going to happen as it would allow for non-US stuff to be built.

How about we star a Pacific Group Build. Any aircraft used in the pacific theater would be allowed (this means US navy, marines, USAAF , IJN and IJA aircraft etc.). If we get enough interest we’ll start it up. Does anyone know how you start a group build? And does anyone think we need another GB?

np. but get to thinking all. what will you build? for me it is down to two. either a japanese zero for pearl or pappy boyingtons avg bird.

If ya’ll can get it organized I’ll enter my B-25 in it. Won’t be starting until November, but I plan to get it done in January sometime.
