This is the Tamiya P-47D, built for a very close friend of mine (XMas gift). She was recently promoted, and it’s only fitting that she have something new for her new office. The decals were made using Corel Draw 12, and were printed using an HP PhotoJet printer (my ALPS is acting up). The “pinup girl” noseart is, I believe, the work of the late Alberto Vargas.The National Insignia, D-Day Invasion Stripes, and stencils are from the kit.
