Someone did, if I recall correctly. Just wish I could remember where I saw the photos…
Okay, here’s some of my faves…

This is the Czech ‘Stress’ Team. I think these guys collided and went boom, but I’m not sure on that…

Another Czech Fishbed, this is the well-known 7701…

This is one of the special schemes worn by Fulcrums of JG 73 in recent years. Sorry, this image is a bitmap; I forgot to convert it. But it’s probably just as well 'cuz it probably woulda looked even crappier than it does now! LOL I’ll probably post some bigger and badder images of this one over in the Photo Files anyway…
As always, you come up with some amazing stuff Steve-O. And Mike, that french Mirage has a positively scary stare! Great plane, but I’d be out of my league trying to airbrush that. On a more practical note: the mig 21UM two-seater is the subject of a Trumpeter 1/32 kit. A huge amount of decals is included (two big sheets), in case anyone wants to build the thing. When I get around to building mine (someday!), I’ll probably go for a nice and simple Finnish bird though, so I guess I have some decals to spare.
Hi,
The B24 is one of the war weary ships that were used as formation aircraft. The outbound squadron(s) formated on the brightly painted a/c and thenset off to the target. The “Formation Ship” would then land.

The first two here are mere kittens compared to the Mirage posted by MikeV, but they keep with the tiger/bengal theme. The first is a French Dassault Super Mystere specially painted for a “Tiger Meet”., the second is an Indian Air Force MiG-21 equipped with a cannon pack .
This last one isn’t exactly outrageous, but aparently the Indians had a certain flare with a few of their MiGs, like this one from the Indian Air Force “Red Archer” aerobatic team. Maybe I shoulda posted this in the Pink Spitfire string.
I was waiting for someone to repost that beautiful blue German Tornado. I remember seeing that in another post somewhere, and reading that some was actually trying to replicate it at 1/48 scale. Thanks falcon!
