I wasn’t going to drop that much for a set,but I did grab a wheel painting set,and red for jet door edges, they give you a lot of control, they lay down a nice coating, really like them for wheels.

I found the whole set for $91 delivered (free shipping) overnight. Figured while I’m still working… which won’t be for long. :crossed_fingers:

I have been eyeballing that set.

This one came in today.

I have never built a Hampden, in fact, I’ve only ever built a Lancaster and a Blenheim as far as British bombers go. Looks good in the box.

Awesome! Move that one to the top of the pile. Love to see that go together. I’m the same. Closest thing I have in the stash is a Mosquito

I’ll have to add this to my wish list. I’ve used the brass and gold Playmarkers and like them a lot.

I don’t know what a 1:1 Sega Saturn looks like - we had Playstation - so here is a couple sprue shots next to an inch ruler.

I built this a while back. Great little kit.

My LHS has got to stop carrying these enticingly weird kits… 1/72 Fouga Magister from Valom:

Looks like a relatively straightforward build… with the exception of the microscopic insanity of these resin detail parts  Note the literal grain of rice included for scale:

Thats cool,I like that,I have been playing around with getting the Aventgarde kit and modeling the Katangese air force version that bombed Jadotville.

Cool and unusual kit for sure, I’ve never heard of it, and I agree, that scale is sooo small! Especially when I’m used to 1:48th scale.

I looked it up and these were 1000 of them built starting in 1948! How have I never heard of this jet? I honestly wouldn’t have thought there was a jet that I wouldn’t at least recognize if asked.
