who else makes a good Dauntless and a good avenger?
No one in 1/48th scale. Well…I take that back Hasegawa makes a Dauntless but it has some accuracy issues.
Why not an Accurate Min.? got something against them? if you have a hobby lobby, wait for the 1/2 off plastics sale, and you get one for about $16. i got the SBD-3 and the TBM-1 in the sale for around $34 total. later.
Hasegawa makes a pretty good Dauntless, not as detailed as the AM, but builds up very nice. The old Monogram Dauntless & Avenger kits require an awful lot of work to even approach the AM kits OOB. Thats about the only choices I know of.
