How can you order replacement parts for Revell Germany kits? I’ll take any information I can get- address(es), shipping info, what to do with it- any information will be greatly appreciated.

look for the “contact” link on the page, you wont have to pay for nothing, they will ship it for free to any part in the world, i got a replacement canopy for a B-26 in 1/48. Hope it helps

About how long does it take for the parts to show up? I’ve E-mailed them a while ago, and still nothin’.
It took me less than a week to get a spare part for my 1/48 B-17, but when I ordered a spare part from Testors for a kit it took 3-4 weeks. It probably just depends on how busy they are. If you haven’t recieved it within a month, then I would consider asking questions.
The REVELL’s replacement service really suck… I was in Germany late November and bought a new 1/32 Revell Mig-29. All the clear parts were missing. Filled the form at the links that HeavyArty says and by now nothing happened. Six months… If they had sent them by foot they had been delivered by now. I sent them an email at january and told me that they have sent them the first week of December… Liarrrrrrrrr
