I have found a way to order Hasegawa parts through HOBBYLINK JAPAN. Before i use this, i would be interested knowing if anyone has tried this source. There are certain guidelines to fill out. You must order the entire runner even if it is just one part you need. Prices are on the last page of the instructions. It is in Yens. The part of this that concerns me is you don’t know actually how much is being charged until you get the bill. You must join Hobbylink Japan and give your PAYPAL info or a credit card. If someone has used them or knows another way to get Hasegawa parts, please let me know. Any information would be greatly appreciated !!! Doc Bailey
I have had no experience with them, but I would be cautious. Too many open loops there. Maybe cheaper to just buy a duplicate kit locally to get the parts you need. I would stay away from something with so many unknowns.
Why do that? Tower Hobbies is the US distributor for Hasegawa and their service is excellent.
I went to partssupport@hobbico.com or you can call or fax at 217-398-8970 or F 217-398-7721. In my e-mail I gave all the info on the kit and the part number I needed. The next day I got a response from Maryann that they would need to order the part from Japan, about 6 to 8 weeks. In the meantime ,I’ve got other Has kits to work on
For what it’s worth, I’ve bought numerous models from HLJ over the years and found them to have great customer service.
I’ve never bought parts from them before, so i don’t know what that side is like, but, as i say, i’ve found them to have great customer service in the past, so can’t imagine it would be different for parts odering.
Only issue might be wait time - ie, you may have to wait a bit for the part to come in. I used to order a lot of “out of stock” items, they’d normally take about 3-4 weeks to arrive (using the cheapest postal method).

You don’t state where you are located. I f you are in the US of A, try Dragon America. Since DML’s website list them as the distributors for Hasegawa, they might be able to supply the parts.
Dragon (DML) is no longer a distributor for Hasegawa. Their official U.S. was supposed to be Hobbico, but I also see links from Hobbico’s site to Tower Hobbies. I would try Tower Hobbies.
