As I near the weathering stage for my Abrams a couple questions arose.
What parts of the weathering process should I do before mounting the stowage? should I give the Abrams the was with or without the stowage mounted first?

ALL of it–except the powders/pastels for the dusty look. I always do my stowage seperately, and when the tank is finished, I put the stowage on and then add the last stage of powders to blend it in
Recently I’v been painting and weathering with everything intact…just seems easier to me than having bit’s all over the place.
i try to weather after i build the basic vehicle,by that i mean attach all the stuff that would be installed at the factory(standard rollout issue equipment)then i’ll try to weather personnel gear and equipment that is used or replaced in the field,finally to bring it all together i’ll pastel or wash entire vehicle.hpe this gives ya an idea or to to improve yer skills.[^]
