Hey guys,
It’s been a long time since I was able to get an internet connection and wanted to stop in and say hello.
We live clear out in the stick now. And as such, getting connected is almost impossible. But I think I found something that will work out here. I haven’t stopped building either. Matter of fact, got a couple pics I’ll submit for your approval of a recent build.

Opel Blitz 3 ton. Truck coal engine. This is the Italeri 1/35 scale kit. It also has the late war Einheits version of the cab, (wood cab). An Eduard PE set was used for that extra touch of detail. The hood was cut open and most of the detail scratch built for the engine. All the windows were replaced with thin clear plastic so that the side windows could be cut and posed open. Model Master paints and Tamiya Weathering master pigments finished it off. In the bed is the Dragon 1/35 scale 3cm Flak 38/103 Jaboschreck. The trailer frame is from the Dragon kit while the box is scratch built.

Beautiful build, Slightly Altered![Y] All your add-ons like the engine, the Flak, and the scratch windows really make this unique build shine even more. She’s a beaut’ to say the least.[:)]
My only complaint is not with the build but the lighting. Looks like you were using natural lighting, and the pics are quite dark, thus hiding some of the detail.

I’d been experimenting on some different ways to photograph these, sorta “impression” wise. Gotta swap back to the brighter setting. Sorry 'bout that.
It’s good to be back online wbill76. Well, till the signal gets a little “wonky” then it’s a bit of a battle. I’ll be putting some more pics up pretty soon, finished builds that I haven’t quite got the weathering done on yet. But at the moment, Here’s something in the works [;)]
