Does anyone know if any new 1/35 scale ones have been made and are for sale? I know about the old ones from Revel (Revile?) and…errr…that other firm…errr…um…Renwall? But eBay prices for them are nuts…

The old 1/32 Ontos was originally produced by Renwal and then the molds went to Revell when Renwal folded. Same exact kit except inside the hull the Renwal name and kit number was covered up and Revell’s name and the new date (1982) were added to the underside of the hull. Decent kit for an early 60s era kit. I have both of them, paid like $4 for the Revell kit when it came out and a friend gave me his half built Renwal kit he had as a kid.

Definitely not worth the eBay prices though. I would love to see a modern injection molded one.
