I feel like I had a copy of one of these older magazines and it had a cover with an M4 Sherman Mine Roller going through some of Hitler’s dragon teeth…
The article was about how the creator had made molds for the dragon teeth and poured them himself. It also went over ground work and a bit on the M4 as I think he did a lot of custom work with the rollers including rigging up a crane type thing.
There might have also been an article on… like a 1/16 scale (probably bigger… like a bust scale?) Vietnam GI with an M79 launcher reading a Dear John letter- all sculpted from scratch, he had a little picture of his exgirl and a tear painted on his face.
I think I had, at one point, 2 or 3 of these magazines… I’m trying to find them but if anyone had a copy of the cover it would help as I’m trying to explain what they looked like and my brother thinks I’m crazy. It might be on a shelf or it might be like… underneath a washing mashine or something.
Thank’s, I had tried that site but it was my first time on there and I had a hard time navigating it. The smaller scale for the Mine roller sounds right. Thanks Jon
