I would like finish a 1:48 kit whit an oil whash, but i don´t know how can i apply this wash

The nice thing about using oil is that it dries so slowly you have a lot of time to get it just right.
I thin it a bit with mineral spirtis, and it takes a couple of hours to start to set.
I apply it with q-tips, artists oil & acrylic brushes, and MicroBrushes mostly. Then i work it around with q-tips… removing some… adding more… adjusting it till I like it.
Then set it aside for a day or so to dry.
