Did we convince you to give the Dark Side a try Scott? [8D]
I have this fear of having anything shut over my head that goes “Clang” [:)] I prefer clear skies to mud. I prefer wings to tracks. I like my boots clean. I prefer meals in the mess to MRE’s. I like having someone else work on my plane. I’m scared of the dark! And all the other pilot vs. driver sayings.
I would like to build a tank some day though. Can’t tell one from the the other, but my step father was a tank commander with Patton in WWII and I’d like to do one in his memory sometime.
But there is a lot more that happens in the dark…he-he-he.

The National Guard used to put on static displays every year when I was a kid. I don’t suspect it can be done these days, but at the time they were wide open and we could climb all over the tanks and other toys. I always looked forward to that because I thought the tanks were so cool.
But then I learned about AIRPLANES! [8D][:D]
I just gave it a light weathering and now putting to nifty decals on. TON of Sol set to get those decals to sit in my hand done over sized zim but I like it.
Can you say silvering of decals [:(!][:(!][:(!][:(!][:(!][:(!][:(!][:(!][:(!][:(!][:(!][:(!]
Time to put the indy tracks together…the room goes quiet.
