Not realy sure what this is, the label is “Limited Memorial Set”
Inside the box is something that looks more Academy then Tamiya, it is basically the Academy Mid but with the Steel wheels and some minor modification.
Has anyone built this kit before, any comments or traps I should be looking out for?

It’s the same as Tiger I Late #35146 except it has a larger decal sheet and more elaborate box art.

What can I do to improve the kit, I mean dispite adding ZIM?

The Tamiya late Tiger has been out for twenty years and there are all sorts of aftermarket details sets and upgrades for it. If you aren’t too worried about accuracy it builds into a nice kit right out of the box. Some basic things you might want to add other than zimm are grills for the engine deck and maybe some better tracks from Modelkasten, Friulmodel, or Master Club. The turret is supposed to be asymmetrical and companies like Tiger Model Designs make one to replace the kit provided turret. and on and on…
I all depends on how far you want to take it I guess.
