I’ve decided to take a crack at hosting a group build and want to gauge interest in an “animal” group build. Only, the name of the aircraft is mismatched, in that its named after a land animal or sea creature. Think Brewster Buffalo, Sopwith Camel or any of the Grumman Cats.
I’m thinking of a start date on May 1st and have it run for a year. Anyone interested?
I think this is too much spacious theme. Most aicraft have animial nickname.
If may I suggest, maybe better theme will be ‘animals without wings in the sky’. For example Mustang, or Karas (Carassius), Camel etc…

At this point we’re going to have to do a “Weather” GB for the Lightning, Thunderbolt and, uh…I’m sure there’s probably some German or Japanese thing named after wind, right?
I think there’s quite a few Japanese aircraft named after the wind… [*-)]
Ive been looking to knock out a few of the larger kits in my stash this summer…so a 1/48 Warthog or P-61 Black Widow would fit. [:)]

haha, I know the feeling. If I get enough interest I’ll have it run for a wile to allow people to get caught up on their commitments. And I am fully open to previously started builds and crossovers, too. can I put you down as a maybe?
