Hello everyone;
I’ve heard or read somewhere that the US had at its disposal before WWII a plane called a P-37. I know what a P-36, a P-38 and a P-40 look like; but, what is a P-37?
Thanks,
Steve Gorder

There ya go. Its basically a modified p-36 with a beefed up performance package.
It can also be considered as a precursor to the P-40, which had a very similar wing and general aerodynamic layout. I can send you a three-view drawing if you need one.
Thanks Triarius an Mortarmagnet;
The three-view would be nice. Thanks again Ross.

It is a forerunner of the original P-40 with an Allison liquid-cooled engine.
I’ll send them via FSM email today or tomorrow, unless you want to send me another e-mail address you’d rather have me use.
