I just aquired this kit and I am quite please. It is almost a good a Fujimi (Actually, I thought it was the Fujimi molds at first glance!) The real reason I picked up the kit was for the decal sheet though and I am not disappointed. 4 Schemes, 3 hi vis and 1 low vis. I have not been a fan on Italeri decals, but this sheet seems to be printed quite well. This should be quite a fun build.
The decals look nice. I like that they give you hi and low vis. A lot of guys don’t like the low vis, but as much as I love the colorful markings I too find the low vis appealing in their own right. Some spure shots would be really nice. We love our plasti-porn 'round here.
Ok, here are the sprue shots you requested. Notice they provide a nicely molded intake cover–a nice touch.
those are fun builds,if you want to read build reviews of those Italeri kits, look for AMT/Esci/ERTL, that is the molds used by Italeri for their releases,you can use any comments about A-7E or A-7D kits, they are the same plastic with only some detail parts changing
That’s a cute little kit, lol. THe FOD cover is a nice touch. Intake seams are hard enough on '48th kits. Lots of weapons there too. Are you going to load her down?
Especially since there is no intake on this kit…just a solid “wall”!

Prof, what he means is right behind that pair of intake lip parts, there really is a solid wall there when the two fuselage halves are glued together,we usually at least got that “gaping see thru from front to rear” deal with jet models
the good news is that if you are good with a Dremel or a manual hollowing out process, you can slice a plastic tube at an angle and create an intake that looks more plausible
prolly easier to create handles for the intake cover, though
Yeah I’ve encountered these things before. At least the were nice enough to give you a way to deal with it. Even I couldn’t leave that thing open like that.[*-)]
Actually, I seem to have posted two idential images of the weapons tree. Looks like there are 10 Mk 82’s in the kit, not 20 :). If / when I build it, I will likely us all the Mk82’s
