I’m a little disapointed, not with the stroy but with the thanks to the website Warthog Territory (www.a-10.org) when I belive i was the one who gave Chris the help… and my site was not listed. [V] Bummer, could have helped by site’s visibility…
It’s a great article. In fact, the November Issue is one of the best FSM’s in a while, at least for me.

heck when my dad was based at Dharan Royal Saudi Airforce Base during the first Gulf war he saw Hogs come back shot up worse than that Hog. one in particular had half its starbord wing shot off port engine blown away and shrapnel went through the canopy just inches from the pilots head. you just got to marvel them hogs take so much damage and still keep flying much like the B-17’s of WWII
