not finnished yet but............

here’s some pics of what I’ve been working on lately.

I did camo it up but Istill need to weather and what not the rest of it, I kinda started the insides but it’s just a start.

I gotta say, you guys weren’t kidding around with the having little time to work on projects with a newborn! I’m lucky if I get a 30 min a day now that my son and wife are out of the hospital.

It’s looking pretty good so far, Redleg!

LOL. It’s still hard to model with a hyper 7 year old also. Hope the family is doing well. The Bradley is looking good so far. Like the camo job. What paints are you using?

Darn computer at work…

…all I get are the dreaded Red X’s

Not finished? Looks good already, redleg. Should look even better with weathering.

Keep us posted.

LOL!!!

Just wait until you get more than one kid!!! I’ve got three!

Looks good so far.

…thank you for the interior shot…jeffl

Very nice Jesse. I really like the camo job. Did you tape off the sections?
mark956

it’a all hand painted cept thr nato geen base coat that was sprayed on.
I’m useing all tamiya acrylics and a lil’ bit of rubbing alcohol to thin them out, it took me a bit of matching for the figure, I had to bust out my DCU’s to get the exact colors but I got them?

I was planning on working on the insdes some more maybe a little dry brushing and some more pastels to boot? The outside was going to get a few filters and some pastel weathering to beat it around with?

Every two hours it seems? ( the newborn) I’m tired!

Looking pretty good, so far, Redleg. Looks like a DML Modern US Marine figure at the bottom. Great work!

Jesse, I forgot to mention. The figure is also looking really good. Keep up the good work.

yep, that’s a dragon marine one of four, they have the same vests that my unit is going to be getting when we deploy so if I can modify the other two a bit to use the wiley x glasses insteade of the old military style gogles?

back to sleep, we’ve learned to sleep when he does and manage what we can while he’s awake.

Now that I’m at home, I can finally see it!

Looks darn good so far, Red…

Did you airbrush the camo pattern?

All hand painted, the air gun I have sucks so I had to get good at hand painting.
I metioned more in a previouse reply

I did forget to mention that on the front grill thing I lost the mesh sceen and had to use a first aid gauze bandage thing from my first aid kit on my LBV ( load bearing vest ).

well done Redleg! must be nice having a little distraction from your models!! nyuk, nyuk, nyuk
