Hey, that’s pretty cool! …and the figure at the window is creeping me out! At least there isn’t any ‘vacancy’ sign posted! [;)]
My gosh! Where’s Bate’s motel? would make a great holloween decoration! Nicely done!
Thanks… I haven’t found a model of the hotel yet, but even a model of the sign in the same scale as the mansion would be cool. This is the Polar lights kit from around 1998. Snagged it for 15 bucks on evilBay
Man thats one creepy lookin’ house you got there. Looks freakin’ awesome.
Greetings to a fellow Coona##. I was born n’ raised in Louisiana.

Hi Claudez,
"Oh, but she’s harmless. She’s as harmless as one of those stuffed birds"hehe…
Nice dio mate, a little bit out of the ordinary!!I think to do the scene justice, you could put the house on a hill as portrayed in the movie. It would def. make the house alot “creepier”!
Cheers,
Shay
Nice work! I’ve seen a guy do this as a Model Railroad module. (Yeah, I know ther’s no tracks by the Bates Motel but…) He used the old Bachman snap together Motel kit very effectively at the bottom of the hill. Simple landscaping and everyone in the room got what is was. Hardest part could be finding the kits!
