For some reason, I seem to be on a bit of a Panzerbinge right now. Just to break the monotony, I might look at building the Leopard 2A4 in some country’s colours other than German. Finnish, Swedish, Dutch, I don’t much care. 1/35 scale. Anyone make any decals that anyone’s aware of?

Just a note, according to my references, if you go with the Dutch there are three main changes: color should be olive drab instead of NATO, and the machine gun in the top of the turret it’s of israeli manufacture, and last the smoke dispensors are different than the standard german ones.
If you are using the italeri kit you should have all the pieces for the smoke dispensors, I don’t know for the tamiya kit.

I think I made a huge mistake, I kind of confused the 2a4 with the 2a5, if your kit is the leopad 2a4 then you can build a dutch SFOR, paint it olive drab (no camouflage) but you have to use the smoke dispensors and machine gun from the Revell leopard 2a5 which does include them, the former does not.
And the color instructions for the dutch version are wrong, its supposed to be painted fully in olive drab.
According to my references that’s the only version that does not use the NATO camouflage, smoke dispensors and german machine gun.
