No kit on the work bench...What should I build next?

Well, I have completed all my group build commitments (Towed Gun and Small AFV) and am doing nothing right now. Last night I was just trying to rearrange the completed ones in the display shelf and man I need more space.[:D]

So basically…I am free to start something new but I don’t have many in my stash:
(Others I have given to my nephew who is also starting to build models.)

1.) Dragon M4A4 Firefly VC
2.) Tamiya M4A3 Jumbo
3.) Academy M-36 Jackson
4.) Italeri Recovery Vehicle (for conversion to an ordinary M4)

Boy…I think I am sounding like Shermanfreak here…[:D][:D]

Hmmm any suggestions?

Of course there is that 1/82 Mayflower that I have not been able to complete yet.[B)][:p]

I would do either the firefly or the Jackson. Does the Jackson have an interior? That would push me towards the M-36.

Wish I had your problem Dwight. My vote is for the Firefly. That is my favorite Sherman variant.

Go with the Jackson, don’t think I have seen one built up around here yet that I remember anyway. Get to see plenty of Shermans and you know how there are limits to how manyRobert can see [:D]

if its an allied TD build, I’m in!!! i loved my academy m10 and want to do another in the series, either the achilles, jackson, hellcat, or duckbill.

Gee Robert, I think even I could be coaxed into a Allied tank destroyer build. I like them a whole lot more than the garden variety Shermans. Build the Firefly then, Dwight, they’re a good 'un!

There’s something in the works…I may be able to break my Hellcat out of the box yet. FYI, there is talk of a forthcoming Battle of Bulge build and Operation Market Garden build within the Normandy Group build.
