Nice to see an interesting aircraft coming out in a new mould and I’m sure lower price than the old Airfix kit

So bit of an update to an old post of mine. Link below which can take you through to some shots of the actual kit. Have to say I’m now wondering if its worth it as I can see a couple of issues which is a bit of a downer

The Airfix kit was originally molded by ESCI back in the late 70’s and is a re box of that kit. it’s cost is mainly due to being a short run re issue. But there are few new release new tool kits nowadays that are low affordable price. very few. just look at Great Walls, Kitty Hawk, and Kinetic.
The Tarangus is a completely new mold and so kit. Its just when I looked at some of the build pictures there where a few gaps etc which look like they could be a total paint to fill, along the spine in particular. Maybe I’m being spoiled by some of the new kits we get but I’d expect publicity shots to look perfect not showing some of the fit I see here

Going to their website, it says limited run kit, so the price will be increased there- fewer kits to spread out the development costs over. But it is certainly a welcome subject.
