speaking of new releases- I was in my local shop the other day and picked up a broschure from Italeri. Interesting re-release is a C-119G flying boxcar and a Hudson Mk III/IV/V in 1/72 and more interesting for me personnally a B-25C/D Mitchell and A-20B/Boston III, both in 1/48. The Havoc is odviously the AMT/Ertl kit, but theB-25? could it be Accurate’s? anybody heard something/anything?
Speaking of shelf space- Italeri will also be releasing a 1/35 80’ Elco PT Boat. boxed or built this baby will need some room!
PS: this is my first entry since FSMs face lift. I’m an american living in Gemany. I spent 10 yrs in US Army(MI and Corp of Engineers). Despite ground pounder credentials I build mostly WWII allied planes. Personal fav’s- P-40,P-47, all twin motor bombers, and anything with a naked lady painted on it [:D].
