new photo process - Help!?!

They changed the way you post photos to the site and an old dinosaur like me is having trouble. Can anyone walk me through it? I used to open another window at photobucket, copy the image code, click back to the FSM site and there was an icon that just said paste and when I clicked that it posted the photo. Now I click the one for post an image and it gives me a box that wants a url address and that’s where I get lost. I’m trying to post some photos of this stuka build I need a little advice on and the photos are already loaded at photobucket, so anyone that can help will be my hero for at least 20 minutes.

OK, got it now. Thank you very much, Tim (My landlord’s name is Tim. Bad Dog!). I made the post in aircraft, if you’re curious. “Need a little help with an almost finished Stuka” is the subject of the post.
