hi guys,

my name is garth and i am in the isle of man.I have been reading this fine magazine for a couple of years now since returning to modeling and i hope to talk with you guys soon.

can anyone help me with the side wall painting of trumpeters 1/32 su27b,no matter how i do it it looks crap!

any pointers please.

The FSM forum has quite a few knowledgeable people posting on a regular basis.

While we try to stay on target around here, visiting the Odds and Ends forum can make one lose focus quickly.

Try posting a picture of your su27b and explain the situation in a thread asking for advice. People here are very visual and can offer tips & advice easier if they are looking at a picture of the model.

Check this thread out…Mig-21 cockpit green colour …still on the front page. They give the correct colors for Russian aircraft interiors.

Thanks suppression fire.The isle of man is inbetween england and ireland,it is 31 miles long and 12 miles wide,we have motorbike racing called the TT,you might of heard of it?

I will try to post a picture or two of my work including the su27.

The problem is i`m doing it out of the box and the side panels are realy bugging me as i am having problems painting the dials and switches as in they look terrible!
