Been modeling since 1954. Build mostly 1/48 scale aircraft. Worked in aircraft maintenance for 35 years. F-8 Crusaders (Gators), C-1A Trader, P-2’s Neptune, C-130’s, C-141’s, C-5’s and lastly F-15’s. Worked airshows as and aircraft marshaller/maintenance type. Love the sound of Merlins! and big round engines!
I’m also very lucky in that my wife is a modeler. The only reason I have to hide my latest purchase is to keep her from getting it! We are both members of IPMS. She also does figures and is a certified nationals judge. Been subscribing to FSM since the 80’s…
