Hobby Lobby just opened a new store here. I was surprised to see several Tamiya aircraft on their shelves in addition to a more extensive line of Revell and also a fairly large display of paints, etc. I’ll be looking for those 40% off coupons from now on!! [8-)]

Just hit their website for the coupons… Also, look at the flyer… Even when there’s no “40% off everything in the store” coupons, there’s many times a 30% discount in the plastic kits aisle, and there’s ALWAYS paint and brushes on sale…

If you’re a diorama or display base guy, the photo frames are 50% off… I use the plastic “Box frames” for my dios, since I can glue them together to any size I need, and being hollow, can hide electronic wires and power supplies underneath, and “digging” foxholes is simple as cutting through the plastic and lining it with cheesecloth (also available at HL) and white-glue…
