I just came across this forum while looking for some painting tips. I’m just back into model making after more years away from it than I care to think about.
I’m currently buying faster than I can build, have an M4 Sherman on the table now, and a Fokker DR-1 on deck, and about 20 more waiting. So many models, so little time.

Welcome back to the hobby. You’re not the only one who has that problem. I’m finding myself doing the same thing. But it is a lot of fun, isn’t it? You’ll find a lot of great ideas and insights here. The most important thing is to just have fun.

Glad to hear you are back into modelling. I suffer from the same fate as you; I have been buying quantities of models and stockpiling like a lunatic! But one day…I hope to put a large dent in them. But that is another day…I am sure you can find whatever you need on this site…so enjoy!

Thanks for the welcome everyone. A question though: What’s the Junior Member, Starting Member stuff, and the stars on some profiles? What decides whether you’re Junior/Starting or have stars?
