New aluminum barrel for Trump's T-34/76 by Fine Molds

Dropped by the ol’ LHS today, and was surprised to find Fine Molds’ new aluminum barrel for Trumpeter’s two new T-34/76 kits.
It’s a very nicely milled piece of aluminum, and includes very well done rifling inside the barrel. A quick dry-fitting showed that it fits perfectly with the Trumpeter parts.

Cheap, too! Only about $13 USD.

Funny, when I first saw it, I thought it was Fine Molds’ 128mm Jagdtiger barrel! Almost the same size.

So the aftermarket is quick to respond to these new kits. I wonder what’s next? Other than a barrel, I don’t think there’s a whole lot to improve on.
Some different style tracks, maybe?

Wow really!! Funny how that is what yoy pay for a 1/35 scale even a little less. And Im still waiting for my 128mm’s to get here.

Well, it’s the same size as the 1/35 128mm! Actually, it might even be smaller!
