Looking good! I like the wood on the rifle and the rough finish to the helmet. Was the helmet moulded with this finish or did you make that effect yourself?

thanks guys, on the helmet it was smooth so i just stippled on the paint with an old brush for the texture.

Excellent painting skills. Not only is the texture on the helmet great, even the coat he’s wearing has the right texture of heavy wool.

This figure looks outstanding–but that’s no surprise! GREAT painting!
The eyes are in shadow. Did you do that with the painting, or is it natural shadows from taking the picture? Looks very realistic to me.
