Need US decals for Neptune

I am doing a Neptune for a retired reservest,and I need some US Navy
decals for a 1/48 Neptune.If anyone knows if there are such decals around
I would be forever greatfull. Thanks for your time. Any time frame would be
fine,as long as they are US and Navy.

Thanks R for your info … I will check it out.
When Revel did the Neptune,it had to have some US decals.I was told there are still some of those kits around.The search continues. Thanks a bunch for you input.

Are you sure you need 1/48. The Revell/Hasegawa kit is 1/72.

Yeah, I have the 1/72 Revell Neptune Decal sheet that I would be more than happy to give to ya, if it wasn’t 1/72 that is. Let me know if you need it by e-mail, and I’ll send ya a pic of the sheet. Are you sure the one you have is 1/48? If so, what kit # is it, I would like to check that one out for myself!!

SOOOOOOOOOOo Sorry…Defffff 1/72 but in a Hasegawa box with Canadian
decal set.Thats either a 20$ model for 40$ or when it’s in a Revell box a 40$ model for
20$. Really not a bad kit.Sharp,clean,and good clear,very nice.Just one problem.The
person who wanted it needed the early version.Flat canopy, Fatter radar pods, take-off
rockets.Stuff his thin walet didn’t want to aford.So on to the next adventure 1/48 Italeri
C-130 in late 70’s gunship mode.Very nice project with very nice return.Second one I’m
doing.Thanks a bunch for your offer and reply.I guess we’ll put the Neptune in stash,and
see what happens down the road.If this Bill Gates guy changes his mind ,I’ll give you a yell.E me any time and thanks again . Davey5 dhi69@aol.com
