Hi guys, I have embarcked on my next model, I have chosen to build - have already started - Trumpeters 1/32 A-7E model. I want to build it into the following…
So, this leads me to my question, how should I go about painting this??
Also, for the tail art, and other markings, I have been able to get the tiger off the tail, and make it into a printable decal. The hard part for me is the greek flag that is below - could someone do this for me??[:D] I looked for online sources for these decals, but nothing.
Anthony, I’d try to get my hands on the issue of FSM with the Tigermeet plane as the feature article. You could use some of the same techniques. Lots of masking and lots of painting. Light colors down first. You know the drill.
BTW saw one of your recent models over on aircraft resource center. congrats on getting a little display over there!
I also have the issue you are talking about, I have read through it thoroughly and think I have an idea of what I am going to do[:-^]
Dubau, lol, I have been working on the images for hours, I have managed to get the tigers, I even managed to clean them up - no rivet or weld markings are there!
The only problem I am having is with the Greek flag that is lower below, I have tried and tried, but they just don’t seem to come out right[:(]
That looks really cool, Anthony. Good luck and please post pics. I want to see this one! And why have you gone Greek on us? Was it the bullet you got from your GP?

Then again, I remember seeing your pic before.
Are you of Greek ancestry?
I asked that same thing about the F4U Corsair that I was building some time ago. As for as that old plane both wings went up and down at the same time. I don’t know about your plane, but it would be nice to know
Yes. that is what I did, I did it this way because it is very big in the cockpit which allowed for easy painting. With my 1/48 F-16 I had to paint the cockpit first and then put it in.
