need some airbrush help

ok so i got a badger 155 anthem, broke it down and cleaned it as i have not cleaned it in a while, put it back together, now when i push down on the trigger air and paint come out, i’m not pulling back just pushing down, what could be the problem?

It sounds as if your needle is not fully seated.

Loosen the needle lock nut, withdraw the needle about a centimetre or so (or half an inch), gently but firmly (but not TOO hard) press the needle in, hold the needle in place and re-tighten the lock nut - should be a simple fix.

Agree with what Phil suggested. If it does not fix the problem, then you should check for bent needle or splitted nozzle.
