I have nearly finished a Early Tiger with interior. I want to have the engine cover open. My problem is with the filter pipes, they would have to be disconected from the hatch end; but the pipes from the kit are so stiff they will not bend easily. Any ideas?.
Also I would like a couple of crewmen kneeling by the open hatch, are there any kits that you know of…Kenny
If I recall, the hoses (Academy kit, Right?) are flexible and should detach at the filters, and remain attached at the V intersection. I’m doing the same model, BTW. It may be the other way around, if the hatch opens the other way.
Tamiya makes a figure kit perfect for what you want, though I can’t remember the name of it. If you need any more info, check out my in progress article.
